St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University) is inviting PhD applications for multiple departments and the last date to apply online is December 31, 2024. The admission will be based on a written test and interview. UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET, GATE-qualified candidates are exempted from the written test. The written test will be 100 marks, consisting of descriptive questions (50% on research methodology and 50% on subject-specific topics).

• The candidates should have a Master's and Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• Candidates having a 4-year Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks are eligible to apply.
• A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy layer)/ Differently-Abled, EWS, and other categories of candidates.
• Professional qualification in Chartered Accountancy /Cost Accountancy/ Company Secretary will be considered equivalent to a Master’s degree for PhD enrolment in Commerce, Management, or related disciplines.
• International Student eligibility is as per the Association of Indian Universities guidelines.
