The official websites of Delhi University (DU) and Banaras Hindu University (BHU) have not released the CUET PG cutoffs yet. However, going by the data from the past years, the expected cutoff for the BHU General category would be around 140 for MCom, 180 for Economics, 210 for Law, and 170 for English. DU may set the cutoffs for popular courses like Economics, English, and Law at score levels of 170-230.

For BHU, the cutoff for EWS may stand at 130 for MCom, 160 for Economics, and 160 for English.
- OBC category cutoffs may be around 120 for MCom and 150 for Economics and English.
- For SC and ST categories, cutoffs may go as low as 100-200 and 90-180, respectively, by course.
- The final cutoffs will be based on the number of applicants, the difficulty level of CUET PG, and the availability of seats.

The CUET PG 2025 cutoff for Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is still not officially released. Looking at last year's results:

CUET PG Safe Score for DU
Considering the trends from previous years, the safe score for a general category candidate can be anywhere between 170 and 250 marks. So, in theory, the expected cutoff for English may be about 180, for Economics, 200, for Law, 210, for M.Com, 190, and for MBA in DU, 240 to 250.
The expected safe score for reserved category candidates may be a bit lower. The tentative min/max components per category are EWS 160-230, OBC 150-220, SC 130-200, and ST 120-190.

CUET PG Previous Years' Cutoff for DU and BHU
The CUET PG cutoff for Delhi University (DU) science courses such as M.Sc Physics and Chemistry usually requires a score of around 190-215. For M.Com, the range for the general category is approximately 190-210. As for MA courses, English & Hindi is 200-230, whereas other subjects like sociology and history have cutoffs approximately in the range of 135-160.
At Banaras Hindu University (BHU), the CUET PG cutoffs for M.Sc Applied Microbiology (score of about 228) and M.Sc Geology (score of about 231) have higher marks, whereas some science courses have much lower cutoff marks depending on the category.
