CUET PG Exam Day Guidelines: PwD/PwBD Category

PwD/PwBD candidates have to bring a valid disability certificate issued by an authorized medical authority. No special provisions will be made if there is no proper documentation.

  • Any candidate who qualifies for a scribe facility has to stick to the rules given in the Information Bulletin.
  • In case their own scribe is used, necessary documents and declarations have to be submitted as per NTA guidelines.
  • Compensatory time (extra time) as per NTA rules
  • Separate seating arrangements (if any)
  • Necessary assistance as approved by the examination authority
  • Candidates whose physical condition is such that they find writing difficult must bring the medical certificate referred to in the official notification.

CUET PG 2026 Dress Code

The National Testing Agency sets a basic dress code to help the examination run fairly and smoothly. Candidates have to observe these instructions:

  • Light & Comfortable Clothing: Keep your outfit simple and light without big buttons, badges, embroidery, or heavy fabric.
  • Do not wear sleeveless or transparent clothes: Clothes that are sleeveless, low-cut, or may seem transparent are not allowed.
  • If you wear full-sleeve clothes, they should be thin and lightweight.

CUET PG 2026: Unfair Means and Breach of Examination Rules

Unfair practices refer to various activities that are considered as such during the CUET PG examination. The National Testing Agency (NTA) takes stringent measures against candidates found indulging in such activities.

  • Carrying any banned items such as mobile phones, electronic gadgets, written material, stationery, ornaments, eatables, or any notes related to the examination.
  • Personation giving or allowing someone else to take the exam for you or you taking the exam for someone else.
  • Failure to adhere to any instructions or directives issued by NTA regarding CUET PG 2026. Helping or getting help in any form directly or indirectly during the exam.
  • Talking or trying to talk to someone other than the examination staff inside the exam hall.
  • Threatening or behaving in a rude manner with examination officials or fellow candidates.
  • Using illegal or unauthorized methods during the examination. Altering or forging documents such as admit cards, self-declarations, scorecards, or certificates.
  • Forcibly getting in or out of the exam center.
  • Making noise and other disturbances that hamper the smooth conduct of the examination.
  • Carrying any kind of unauthorized written material or torn bits of paper.

Important Note

  • Any candidate found in possession of, or using, unfair methods before, during, or after the examination will be lodged under the Unfair Means (UFM) case. The candidate's result will be canceled and not declared, or the candidate may be barred from appearing in the next NTA examinations for up to 3 years.
  • Besides, a criminal case may be registered in accordance with the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
  • If you attend a center that is not your allotted one, your candidature will be cancelled. In such cases, no appeal or request for review will be accepted.
  • Candidates are very much advised to follow strictly all the rules of the examination in order to prevent any serious consequences.
