The main reason to choose this college was the placement opportunities. Because this is a old college and has a great amount of reputation too. And the cutoff is also great in this college. For preparation of this college I've studied online for basic PCM & GK.
The curriculum is great varied from branch to branch. The faculty is well educated and understandable. The teaching method is hand on practically which is good. The terms exams are withing every 4 months. The exams too are average in terms of difficulty.
I've not opted for any internship for now because currently I'm in 3rd semester but I've seen my senior get some good internship in some of the best automobile brand like Mercedes-Benz, Volvo and Volkswagen.
The placement is good you can easily get the job in this college. Some of the great companies I've seen are Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra and Ashok leyland. The average package is 400000 yearly and highest is 520000 yearly.
The yearly fees will be 16000. And there are some scholarship available in this amount too. All this 16000 fees includes the complete 1st fees you don't have to pay anything else. There are benefits for lower caste category students too.
There and not much regular event in this college because this college is more specifically for studies and hands on knowledge. The availability of books in library is great. The sport and extra curricular is bad in this college.
No I've not opted for any hostel but there are some good amount of pg's in the area where the college is situated. I've seen my friends taking pg's of around 6-7k including food and rooms with great cleaning services.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
