- 1.As there college culture sometimes are disappointing...you will get some seniors that are completely nonsense..
- This college has poor sex ratio...and max students from haryana showing there dominance..
Remarks :
Yaa I have done my self study for securing this seat..my college has very large campus area including cooled classes, libraries etcOne needs to take the JEE (Main) exam and either secure at least 75% marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD) in Class XII or be within the category-wise top 20 percentile in his/her respective Class XII board examination....At NIT Kurukshetra, candidates are selected through national-level tests like JEE Main, GATE, NIMCET, CAT, etc. After qualifying for the respective entrance exams, students need to appear for the relevant counselling sessions including JoSAA, CSAB, and CCMT.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Yaa you have to give 2 mid sems and 1 end sem exam in each semester..the exam level will be Moderate to tough side..you need to study regularly..you have to maintain your cg above 8.5 so that you can seat during placement time.
Internships Opportunities :
Yaa I have done my scholership in web dev.. having stipend of 25k in my second semester that is great opportunity for me to grow my tech skills and becoming financially independent... I have completed mainly frontend part.
Placement Experience :

The institute also provides facilities and support to recruiting companies, including auditoriums, lecture halls, and seminar and conference rooms.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As there are many general scholarship for students having income certificate of less than 1 lakh...and also for the students having income certificate between of 1 to 5 lakh..NIT Kurukshetra BTech Fees 2024. The total tuition fee for BTech at NIT Kurukshetra is INR 5 lakh. However, the candidates having an annual family income of less than INR 1 lakh, have not to pay any tuition fee for four years and the total fee for them is INR 84,900.
Campus Life :
Yaa there is two big events one cultural and one technical ..you will enjoy alot .here are sports tournament too at national levels also.there are many clubs and societies to explore whether it is technical or cultural.
Hostel Facilities :
Sometimes you will not get food up to your marks ..you have to sacrifice alot, there mess menu strictly follow but food quality is not up to your marks... girls students get single room from first year and boys students from second year.

The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
A Growing University with Good Facilities and Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development

Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.

Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful

There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department

Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
