- College is small but the crowd is good , there is also a girls common room in the college.

- I dislike college elections as people fought during elections and this thing is not good
Remarks :
No, there will be no gd or pi .admissions will be on the basis of merit score and If you have maths, computer science or IT in 12th standard then you will get extra merit. you will get every facility in admission party members will help you a lot in admission. you can also get direct admission if seats are Available.
Course Curriculum Overview :
BCA is quite good and demanding course now-a-days due to emerging technology. This college provides all the facilities to study this course. This college has around 8 labs and 3 classrooms in the it department and most classes took place in IT department for IT students.if u talk about faculty , faculties are quite friendly. U can ask any doubt from them in the class and specially maths teachers are the best they taught everything deeply and perfectly. And if I talk about programming c and c++ languages will be taught in 1st year and then in second year DSA will be taught
Internships Opportunities :
The college has sent a link for the internship opportunity , u have to fill that form and it said that if you have any backlogs than u cannot get any internship in that year 1st you have to clear that backlog after that gd and pi will happen and according to this , you will get internships or placement . But till now I haven't opted for any internship.
Placement Experience :
Internships and placements are not that good, but if u will score good and have skills u will surely get placement. If no campus placement will be provided u can opt for mca for masters as it has more value than bachelor's , u can prepare for entrance and get admission in mca after bca
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For BCA, fee for 1st year in the year 2023 was around 52k and in the 2nd year college got accreditation from naac and fee got increased in 2nd year in 2024 ,fees of 2nd year was around 58k and it will be same for 3rd year also. Along with this , college takes examination fee which is around 2-3k every semester and if any student will take add on course , college will take only examination fee of that course in even sem which will be around 1500 every year , it will be added to the examination fee of the even sem .if Student will take add on course in the first year , he /she will get certificate of that course , in second year , diploma will be provided and if the student continue in the 3rd year also then student will get advanced diploma of that course and classes of this course will be held in the evening for 2 day every week. If we compare fees of this course to other good colleges , here fees is quite affordable because according to the fees we get all the facilities here.
Campus Life :
Inspite of academics, it is a very good colleges as many events are conducted here yearly and many clubs are there .by joining these clubs students can boost their skills. They can take part in dancing, acting, singing ,drawing ,event organizing and many more things.there are clubs for almost every activity here. students can also be part of NSS and NCC. Every year prize distribution ceremony also happens and children who perform well in any activity or academics they get an award for this. There is small library but all the facilities are provided , there are computers also in the library in which u can do ur work and many books are also there which u can read or issue. There is a separate reading area in the college in which u can take ur luggage and study there.if u will join this college you will get the best campus life because of the events and other facilities.

College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.
