The course curriculum and the extra subjects and the knowlegde you get from the fellow actuaries and alsoo you get to connect with the same minded people and you get an internship opportunity between the sem 4&5 and also u get a good package after the degree
The curriculum is divided into many parts for eg ghe cb1 paper is divided in 2 semesters soo that it is easy for students to stidyy and alsoo there are different subjects like generative ai , mental wellbeing , vedic maths , excel and different coding languages
We get the internship opportunity after the sem 3 and there are many companies like marsh,milliman, acies etc and the stipend ranges between 20-40k and you get the job description which will be related to the syllabus which you have already completed
There is campus placement available and there is a placement head which guides you throughout the procedure and helps you withh study breaks, salary negotiations and proper work time and overall helps you with everything
The fee structure is in 4 installments where you pay each installment of 50000 once every two months soo the first installment comes in july when the college starts then second between september when your internals happen then third after the finals and fourth during january
There are many different committees which make your hectic college life better and almost every month there is an event held in the college .. there is an e-cell, a cultural committee ,the actuarial society, etc and alsoo there is are many parties like freshers prom etc
No i have not rented a pg but many of my friends live in the hostels and they have told me thatt the food is food and the hostels are clean and many people come together and buys a flat soo that it is more convenient
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
