- I like that the teachers here are not the proper teachers but they are industries expert who owns there own businesses and teaching us about the industry and what is happening in industry
Dislikes
- There is not much to dislike but there are there is no proper campus is just a building.
Remarks :
The admission process is like you have to fill up form then there will be an design exam and then there will be the interview and then they will tell you if you are selected or not. Selected this college because I found out that jd institute has a name in the design industry it will be good for the placements that come in the colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty here is not like a normal teacher but the industries expert so they have their own businesses there that they run and they come like there are guest lectures, they teach us about the industry and what is happening in the industry.
Internships Opportunities :
I am still a 2nd year student so I don't know much about the internship but we have listen from our seniors that the college itself provide a government internship in which we can have some experience.
Placement Experience :
I think companies like Zara homes ,Godrej liv space like companies that comes for the interior students and I have seen company like Calvin Klein for the fashion design students. And there are many more companies that come for the students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Registration fees is around 35000 the annual fees is 180000 and quarterly fees is around 45000. There is no scholarship provided. And you are doing a degree course then you have to pay the University fees also that is around 38 to 40000 rupees per semester
Campus Life :
See there is no fest but a i festival that is conducted in the month of August so in that the interior designs students have to prepare an exhibition and the fashion students have fashion shows and its really good because it's give us the exposure to the industry so in our college we don't use books that much but there are books but we don't use that much because the teachers give us notes and all that there is a dance society and cultural society in our college. There is not much of a campus life because it's not a very big campus it's just building there
Hostel Facilities :
Till now there is no hostel system provided but I think our colleges is going to provide hostel because they are taking surveys and reviews for from the students about what they want, because there are many students who come out of state

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college

Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
