First of all the main factor was it's a government college. Many students who apply there come with a thought in mind that it's a government college. There are no any group discussions or interview or any examination tests for admission just you've to take the MAHACET exam which is required for admission and cap round process.
Some faculties are well experienced but some are new comers. All the teachers having post like Head of Department or Principal are well experienced ones. Others are experienced too but not for too long.

You've to accept that when you take admission in this college there is no social life. 4 years have passed after the establishment of institute but they've conducted fest only twice. I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
