College review for Btech
Likes
- Campus is decent. and i like the atmosphere it is very clean with good gardens and cateens .
- classes and practical halls are also good.
Dislikes
- there's nothing much to not like overall this is a decent college for Btech.
- At starting I didn't like the food in the mess of hostels.
Remarks :
It is decent in terms of fees and i personally chose this college because i got this college in cap round of mht-cet. This college also takes admission from JEE MAINS for students outside from Maharashtra.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum, academics and faculties are decent too like every autonomous college but events and festivals held here are pretty good . there are traditional days, gatherings , ganpati festivals, and many more events
Internships Opportunities :
As im still studying in third year of this college , i haven't applied for any internships yet. you'll get a chance to do internship in your final year's first semester to add some work experience in your CV. which makes your placement easy as well .
Placement Experience :
As per placements they are pretty good as this is an Autonomous college , many companies visit this college to recruit students, average package for Cs/ IT is 3-4 lakh per annum . Criteria for placement is you need to have no backlog and need to clear aptitude and coding rounds.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure of the college is quite decent (B.tech) , not cheap but decent as for GENERAL category fees(per year) is 1,38,000rs and for OBC it is 85,000 , for SC/ST it is 15,000rs , for VJ/NT/SBC it is 31,000 rs. For general complete fees for Btech course is 5,50,000rs . there are not much scholarships opportunities at the time and there seems no change in fees of the college. financial aids are available for students with good grades and other co-curricular activities. Placements and opportunities are good here as this college is autonomous.
Campus Life :
Social life gets good in this college, you get proper exposure to new people with creative ideas through hackathons and college club events. there are many group of college clubs like Toastmasters , AI club , singing club , GDSC club which provide you opportunities to help you grow yourself as a team member and also in various technical skills.
Hostel Facilities :
hostels and mess also provide decent services food is average but cleanliness wise it is good . they offer daily cleaning .. provides washing machines , For food we get breakfast in the morning, lunch in the evening, and dinner at night time

After completing the course there is job in my college,as we can be a tutor,staff and guide the undergraduate students .the highest package after joining after undergraduate is 30000 per month and lowest is 19000 per month as fresher if we join.

It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.
