I was admitted to this college with the help of the cut-off I scored 92% in my ssc. So I was easily admitted to college without any interviews, written test or any face or group discussion. I just had to wait for online round to get admission And was selected in the first round itself.
For bcom , there were total 6 exams 2 exams each in one year. That is 6 semester for 3 years of bcom course. Exams were not that difficult if you study well. I chose this course because I wanted to do Mcom as well as B. Ed. Some teachers were highly qualified that is our Account sir who was even pursuing his phd at that time. Economics Khatib sir was good too. But FC sir was not at all qualified who can't even speak English.. So some teachers were quite helpful in studies like Mathematics sir also.. But there were few who didn't care at all. So overall I would rate 7/10 for the college
There is no such internship opportunities available at all. No one care about your future there. No one even visit there and you won't get any placements either. So you will have to look for the job after college all by yourself
There was literally no campus placement at all. Infact I'm still looking for better job even after 2-3 years. I have applied In this same college many times. But still not getting any better opportunity. So if you want to study at affordable price this college is for you. But they won't provide you any job opportunity.
My total 3year bcom fees was just 25k-30k. Which was very affordable. Infact I did my hsc from the same college with an affordable price ie. Just 9000? during my college years. Various scholarship and other freeship is also available. You just need to fill college form for that.
Well I never participated in any events so I don't remember any. But I remember there was a NCC team who used to organize all the events including sports activities. There also used to be intercollegiate events too. Almost all the textbooks and other books are available at the library. You can even borrow it for a long time. Late return will only charge a minimal amount ie. 5-10?. There is also NCC or NSS club in the college
I don't like the food there. In fact the worst unhygienic food is available there. So i never preferred canteen food. Also there is no such availability of hostels in my college. Also we used to take home made food and always avoided canteen food. Filling of hostel option was mandatory so sorry I had to choose 100?
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
