The factors for choosing this college was affordability, good industry, linkage, average package and scholarship. For admission, first round was group discussion, second and third round Was personal interview.
Course curriculum is top notch with tools taught in every semester like power BI, excel, tableau etc. Faculties are also very good. Are very experienced with around 10 to 15 years of experience. Placement. Preparations are also good.
I was selected with SMC insurance for my Internship, where I was paid 6000 as an operations executive intern. There are various companies that visits NDIM for internships, but Sam had very bad experience with Internship as the companies were not good, so student has to do investigation Before applying for internships in companies.
In my first year, only, I am already placed with Deloitte. Which means the campus placements are good. However, the packages are low, but overall linkage with the industry is very good for internships. Usually zero stipend is paid for most of the internships. Some internships paid very high amount like 25,000 monthly, but mostly the internships were unpaid also, almost 90% batch was placed in the Internship. And so far, 50 out of 550 students have been Campus placed in the first year only.
When I enrolled in 2023, the total fees Was 10,60,000 which means 5,30,000 yearly. I Was able to achieve his scholarship of 1,25,000 because of my CMAT scores. For the year 2024, the fees has increased by 100000 rupees, which means the fees is increasing.
There are various clubs like marketing, finance, operations, et cetera, and every club organise some of the other events every now and then there are various events happening in the college by different clubs and committees. The structure is also good. However, the campus is very very small. There is nothing like a campus. Only a building is there so expectations about the campus size is very small.
There are two girls hostels and 324 boys hostels And the fees is around ?9000 to ?12,000 Monthly, depending upon the accommodation chosen. Mess food is average infrastructure is very good. There is a canteen inside the hostel apart from mess.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
