The vast campus was certainly very notable. The aura around the campus is very soothing and makes one very calm. You have to give an Aero-CET , give a personal interview or get 95%+ in JEE main to get admission in ADYPU. I didn't real prepare much for aero-cet as I did for other exams. The aero cet exam was easier as compared to other government exams like jee.
Me being a first year student, my course circulum up till now seems moderate and fun. I always had a wish to contribute to space research and aerospace engineering would really be able to accomplish my dream. The faculty oat ADYPU are really helpful and more than qualified for their respective subjects. The difficulty up till now is bearable and can be made easy through a little effort.
Me being a first year have not been able get any internship but my seniors have had opportunity to get internship in IIT Kanpur and also get a chance to co-pilot a plane!!!! The college has also promised the students to get internship in companies such as ISRO and DRDO!!
There has been no placement yet as the aerospace branch has opened only 3 years ago and the entire course is of 4 year. The college has promised an average package of ?2.5lac the seniors get an average of 6.5 CGPA . I plan on getting a two year experience and then pursuing mtech from the UK.
The fee per year for my course is ?2.5 lac which includes every fee such as lab fee, development fee and all the other charges. You can avail a scholarship through Aero-CET or by giving a personal interview. The maximum scholarship availed by my classmates is upto 25%. I personally was able to get 22% scholarship.
The campus life is really amazing!!! There are seminars every two months which is really insightful and motivational. There are many fest such as the Impetus Ablaze which will be conducted in the month of september. The are numerous student run clubs such as the sports club, pets clubs, arts club and many more!! There is a badminton court, volleyball court, a basketball court and a football court.
The hostel mess is good as far as hostel food goes .... But you can eat from the restaurant available outside which is actually good. The hostel is pricy considering it does not include food. I have paid ?1.4 lac per year for 4 bed with attached washroom. So the hostel price is a really big con. The faculty while help you through every step for the hostel admission process making it easy and stress free.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old.
