- College atmosphere was good. The faculties are so supportive and help to attain good marks. Labs are provided for everyone to learn more about your subjects. Also agriculture field was also given for students to practice.
- Faculties are supportive.Every equipment needed for studies are provided by the college.
Dislikes
- Higher fees was the only problem i faced
Remarks :
College was one of the top colleges in Dehradun. I have given interview for getting the admission in the college. It was conducted virtually by the authorities in the college. There was two round of interview.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My overall experience in Doon Business School was good. The faculties in the college were so supportive and helpful in every situations. They used to conduct internal exams and labs are provided for practicing.
Internships Opportunities :
No. It was not as internship but in my last semester that is eighth semester I had to do practicals from another institution to get a certificate that will help you pass the your last exam and have to give presentation.
Placement Experience :
There was no placement opportunities for Bsc Agriculture eventhough the college authority Saif they provide. This was a bad experience for me. All round you get learn a lot about your subject and all facilities are provided.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Registered fees was 10000 and 36000 per semester for 4 years and 7500 as security amount. Expect for two semesters you have to give 43500 as your semester fees. Also you have pay 1750 for all the semester exams to the university.
Campus Life :
Campus infrastructure of Doon Business School was better than expected. There are lot of factories situated near the college. And the best place to learn agriculture because there are plethora of fields to study .
Hostel Facilities :
I was in the college hostel for only one year. It was a good experience in the hostel .They provide plenty of food in the mess but I found it as an average. All other facilities are good. Good security system is provided.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
