- First I love the friendly environment of my college.
- In my college be also have the anti ragging committee so it's helpful for the common students.
Dislikes
- I think the improvement of infrastructure and over all campus development should be more focus and try to mordenise.
- At least we should have a clean drinking water in alternate floors and area.
Remarks :
Actually I just decided to take any of the DU colleges so in my first round I didn't get the first allocation but in the second round I thankfully got the satyavati college evening batch so I just quickly enrolled and pay the fees. We can only get regular DU by after giving CUET exam. I didn't face any big problem.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course I persued is bachelor of art programme in Political science (major) and history (minor). Here we also get different courses like GE,VAC and SEC courses which actually enhance the overall language as well as the personality and other knowledge valuable skills.
Placement Experience :
Although we know that if there is no placement and job we need to find other path or the backup plan for the employment opportunity. I have my plan to pursue ayurveda related job as I feel to have more experience in the field.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The annual fees of the both semester is took 11000Rs. I didn't applied or have the scholarship. The DU universities fees is relatively very affordable so it's good to take your academic degree or graduation from DU. It's also know for the pride and prestige.
Campus Life :
I like campus the most is the friendly environment and the all are very friendly and helper. The library is also had air conditioned room and availability of books. Sports Regarding, I took a sport trial which is very fine for me. The student singing love which is known for surr it's run by unofficial student group.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
