No I didn't face any interviews . But after 12 I gave GGSIPU entrance exam . As a result students are get rankings and the round goes students are alloted college according to their ranks. The well you score as much as good college you get admission.
The faculty members are very experienced and supportive Placements of the college are much better as compared to other colleges of IPU.
I have not done any internship yet but yes the college provides enough internship opportunities after the second year. The major roles offered are related to marketing. The stipend also depends on your skills and any last work experience. But if there is a highly reputed company and not paying any stipend, you should still do that because it would really help you in upgrading your skills and gaining experience.
There is a dedicated placement cell in the college which helps students to get good placements and internships. The average and highest package in my course for the last year was 4.5 LPA and 7.5 LPA respectively. The success rate of placements in the college is pretty good. Almost 80-90% of the students get placed every year. But you also have to work hard to get a good package.
MSI New Delhi offers UG courses in Computer Applications, Business Administration, Commerce, and Education stream . Fees is around 3.5 for 3 years
The campus life in MSI is average. The condition of classrooms is very poor. There is no AC in most of the classrooms or else not working even if it is there. There is an annual fest which is conducted by college in the month of February which is really bad. They invite a random haryanvi singer to perform every year. But there is also main fest of IPU which is conducted in the same month and invite famous singers such as Jubin Nautiyal. There is one central library and one book bank in the college which provides you a wide range and great accessibility to a number of books and journals. The sports facilities in the college are very poor. There is one badminton court and a big playground in which you can play cricket, football, volleyball etc. but you have to get your sports equipment yourself. Also rarely any sports tournaments or competitions are being help in the college.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
