I have given entrance exam of IPU which helped me taking this college. And honestly i was not looking something like this for a college but my parents liked it as there is a easy way of transportation here, so thats how i ended up here.
The facilities are no doubt good, the staff is also cooperative with the students but some of the members miss behave too. The teachers sometimes say things which are very dis respectful and not good.
Yes i have done my internship with a very famous brand name CANDIDMEN. The brand is all related to rent wears and i have done modelling for them due to which i had good connections with them and got a chance to work in there brand.
Yes the college do have placement option but they don't have very good companies. Same companies visit every year and have a fixed amount of students they will take. Even at the time of internship the college didn't gave us good opportunities so most of the students including me did it by ourselves.
The total fees of my college is something around 3,50,000. Which is further add more charges of books and other allowances. The scholarship system is not available or is very very less as compared to students from management system.
There is no campus to call it a campus life. The college just have a single building and each floor is divided with different types of courses. Honestly my college life is not good and I don't like the crowd of my college too so my college life is boring.
I'm not the member of college hostel but my classmates are so i have heard that the quality of the facilities are not good. Three students have to share a single room and the food quality is also not so good.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
