Likes
- Apart from toilets infrastructure is very good in this college. Each and every class room has their own interactive boards to study efficiently.
- Faculty were well educated and well experienced so their is no problem faced by students to clear their doubts.
Dislikes
- Some toilet from science department were not cleaned . Toilet infrastructure for staff members is good but fir students some time it is not that much good.
- I didn't like parking system because students has to pay 5-10 rs every day as a parking fee which is not correct. We already give cource fee and it's mentioned anywhere that parking is chargeable.
Remarks :
I choose this college because of their less fees structure as compared to other colleges. Furthermore I choose this college because of several facts like good infrastructure, good faculties, good friendly environment of campus and opportunities. However, infrastructure is good but some toilet from science department are not cleaned sometimes. Admission process of this college is simple. You were get admission in this college according to your percentage in 12th standard. Cutoff for general student are around 90% and sc/st student cut-off were 50-60% . Their is no such entrance exam for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course BCA because I want become a web developer and want to pursue my future in this field. Faculties in this college are well qualified and well experienced. They were very friendly in nature and helped each and every student in their respective departments. Their teaching methods were unique but effective. They were always ready to solve problems with students. This college conduct 2 examination each semester (6 month ) one is mid sem examination which held in March and September. Mst exam is about of 50 marks each subject. Second examination is final examination which held. In April and December which is about of 65-70 marks each subjects . Exam difficulty level were moderate.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes this college do provide intership opportunity among students. Company like tech Mahindra etc were offer roles under internship to students. There is 2-3 month internship program in these college. There were several task performed in internship students to get practical knowledge.
Placement Experience :
Yes this college do have placement and job opportunity. This college offer placement according to students performance in study and in interview. Average placement income is 3 lakh per year and max upto 30 Lakh per year . 60% students get placement opportunities and job in their respective fields. If student was not able to get job then it will able to secure job by applying in company for themselves. According to me thero placement opportunities were good and their offer are pretty good therefore I want to clear this opportunity of job in this college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In post graduate government college, bca course is about 3 year course. Fees structure for bca in this college is around 60000 per year for general students and fir sc/st students fees would be 54000 per year . Therefore, full course fees for general students are 1.8 lakhs and sc/st student would be 1.6 lakh. There is no other fees required to study in this college accept late fee fine and attendance fine fee. Attendance fee fine is to be around 250-300 every year which is deposited by every student. But student whose name come in stuck off list they has to pay 150 ruppe more. This college do offer scholarship opportunities to students. There are scholarship for students according to their cast , their family income, their nationality, their disability and their State.
Campus Life :
Life in this college is very joyful and happy, fun-loving. They conduct youth festival every year in October month where there are several types of performance happened within different college students. Several stalls were held to sale their thing in this fest . This fest is very good for enjoyment. Library in this college is very big , cleaned and quiet in nature. They provide each and every type of books for students. Moreover sports part of this college is very interesting, because every year this college conduct inter college compitition ( conduct by pu university main campus) ( this college is under pu) . In this college sports like kho kho , basketball, volleyball, cricket, football, boxing etc are available. There are several social clubs are also available like modeling club which is very good.
Hostel Facilities :
I am not a hostel student but I have friends who are hostel student. So. They told me that hostel in this college were big and cleaned. Toilet were always clean . Food in mess is very good in quality and quantity. Infrastructure is very good in condition. Their fees is affordable like 40000 per year . If you want admission in this u have to register your self in their portal and they will select you according to their policy .

College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.
