A review about my college
Likes
- I like nothing about the campus, faculty and stuff are very strict and it doesn't even feel like an engineering college, it's like a school
- Campus life is shit here, our campus is a small campus, we don't get to enjoy anything
Dislikes
- i dislike everything about the college, the infrastructure, stupid rules, dress code, everything
- faculty here are worst they boss us everything and treat us like they own us
Remarks :
I choose the college through EAMCET, a competative exam conducted in Telangana, Our college is very strict like not in the basis of studies, they give more attention towards dressing, using mobiles, rather than studies and placements, they collect money for everything. We can't even use mobiles in the campus it is a disappointing issue, For admission we can join through Eamcet and Mnagement for EAMCET we need to write the exam and we need to apply the college through counselling, In management we need to pay money and join
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have opted for this course as i got this course in the counselling and i had no other option, The faculty are not up to the mark, they don't teach well according to the fee we paid, they are underqualified and boss us around
Internships Opportunities :
They have asked for fee for internship in the college last year and everyone must pay it, but it's been 1 year but we didn't get any certificate of internship, it would be better if we try it outside, projects are also in our curriculum but we need to pay for everything but we don't get any knowledge from it
Placement Experience :
The placements and job oppurtunities in our college are not up to the mark only few of them get placed but every person should pay the fee for interview called CRT fee, but we don't get enough jobs for students hardly only few of them get placed
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fee is 10,000/- we need to pay the fee in two installments, in the first sem we need to pay 50% and in the next sem we need to pay other 50%, the fee structure changes according to the caste and quota, the scholarship is useless we apply it but we don't get any response
Campus Life :
The life at our campus is worst and very strict it doesn't even feel like an undergraduate course, it feels like we are in a very strict missionary school, it is the worst, we don't have any events as other colleges, people here boss us around and fine us for everything, we need to pay double for evrything
Hostel Facilities :
The food in hostel is very bad and unhygienic, the hostel fee is very high and the ammenities they provide does not match to the fee we pay, many people leave hostel and move to pg's and rooms, the hostels are very tiny and conjusted

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

In our district kamala is the only college with highest placement records .many more MNC are visiting our college and student are getting placed in many companies with highest packages and currently they are leading good lifes
Reasons I chose NIAT
Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
College life beyond classroom

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
A great place to meet like minded people

One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.
A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life
Placement Experience :
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
