St. Martin’s Engineering College (SMEC), Telangana was established in 2002 by St. Martin’s Children’s Education Society. It is affiliated with the JNTUH and approved by AICTE. It is also accredited by the NBA and graded ‘A+’ by NAAC. St. Martin’s Engineering College NIRF Ranking was 51st out of 312 colleges in the overall category in 2023.

SMEC offers BTech as its flagship course. To be eligible for admission, candidates must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The final selection will be based on the TS EAMCET exam scores. 70% of the seats are allotted based on merit in the EAMCET. The other 30% of the seats are earmarked for Management/NRI candidates. The SMEC cutoff for TS EAMCET 2024 for General Category BTech admission ranges from 37384 to 127360 ranks. The total course fee for BTech is INR 4.06 lakhs.

SMEC Placements 2023 concluded with 1160 offers. The highest CTC offered was INR 58 LPA and the second-highest package recorded was INR 19.50 LPA. Some of the recruiters were Deltax, Palo Alto, Wiley Edge, Effigo, TCS, Aizen Algo, Virtusa, Nalsoft, HCL, etc.
