I got admission through neet ug in which I scored 545 marks in first attempt I wanted a college in my hometown in haryana like sgt, PGI rohtak, kcmc etc for which I tried but couldn't get through counselling due to not being able to clear cutoff Next I tried for AIIMS but couldn't get those also due to high cutoff that year I had heard of Karnataka being good in medicine courses so my next step was applying there I tried counselling in Bangalore colleges like ms ramaiah, bgs, bms, Oxford mc, east point mc etc but couldn't get that due to little difference in cutoff Then I chose shridevi in my mop up round due to good reviews and accessibility
The curriculum focussed on all round performance of the person to make a good doctor, they focus on our knowledge, moral education and interactive skills which are very important We learn about attitude, ethics and communication from great teachers and doctors who teach good values and skills The faculties are very friendly and help a lot and the ratio of faculty to student is also good They are approachable and very knowledgeable as well which makes them good for students
We have internship in our hospital for one year, one month each department under professional doctors We get a good stipend of around 8k per month increasing every year which helps in our day to day work and motivates us to work more, We get to assist senior doctors and learn a lot from them and gain all around skills
After the completion of our course, we have a one year internship in our shridevi hospital We have to work in each department for almost a month with the doctors and post graduates and get to learn a lot They are very friendly and eager to teach us all the skills and knowledge which they have gathered so that we have enough practice to come out as good doctors after the completion of internship and get good jobs In medical colleges, placements are not done, but they make us capable enough to find jobs anywhere in the country ranging from 40k per month to 110k per month depending on skill level

The campus is good with all facilities given, i like sports, and college has provided with proper football field, cricket ground, basketball court, volleyball court and gym. There are multiple fests each year like graduation day, sports week, Ganesh chaturthi, guru purnima, freshers party, cultural fest etc and sports tournaments for various sports all year round The library has all the essential books I need and you can study peacefully with enough accomodation there
Hostel is great infrastructurally and we have been provided with many amenities like a cupboard ,study table, chair, almirah, bed, shoe rack and mirror The rooms are big enough and we have 3 students in each room The mess food is okay but on some days we just have to order. That part can be better Registration is done along with the admission process and we are allotted rooms instantly There is good hygiene maintained and we are given parking places for our vehicles outside There are cctv cameras and face recognition gate entry for great security
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.
I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities
The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
