- I like the college itself , college life is very good here . Infrastructure is not up to the mark. Faculties have a great knowledge. Campus life is very social.
Dislikes
- College won't support financial to our graduation and we should only put money for that. Infrastructure should be improved much.
Remarks :
I have got this college on my NEEt ranking. I thought about this college because the transportation form my home town ( shimogga ) is quite easy . Amoungest the college that I would get , I choose this college because this college has good reviews . And I just took the help of one of my seniors in choosing the college and did not face any group discussion or anything like that .
Course Curriculum Overview :
My opinion on course is this is MBBS so it is obviously a difficult sector . The curriculum given by NMC is very good and because of that we can manage to study in college . Academics is also very well planned in our college so that there is not even a single confussion about that. Faculties are very much enthusiastic to teach us , there qualifications are also up the mark as asked by NMC . There are doing there best job in delivering there thought to students .Teaching method is chalk and talk and most of the time it is ppt based teaching . All the internals and exams are timely planned we almost write one internal for 3 months , and three such internals in a year , once a year final exams which used to happen around feb or March .
Internships Opportunities :
Internship should be done in our college itself ! Not only in our college but also in whole of Karnataka we are given opportunity to do internship in our own college . So we opt for doing internship here only .
Placement Experience :
Since ours is medical profession , no such opportunities are there . There is no placement or job apportunity here u can just complete your medicine. There is no compus placement. My plan is to study hard and get a pg seat in good government college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees - 141000 per year I am not awarded any scholarship because my father is a govt servent .My father is a engeneer in government sector who is a assistant executive engineer in Thirthalli taluk of Shivamogga district. Since he was a monthly salary so I am not eligible to get scholarship from SSP portal.
Campus Life :
Campus life is very good .The infrastructure of the college is not like wow , but is quite good . Social life is quite good here since it is in a district sector and we all the undergraduate , postgraduate are in same campus along with the students of engeneering, paramedical , physiotherapy and other allied sciences. Every year we will be having one fest that is on graduation day and usually on the month of May . Books are available at the library without any doubt . Classroom are also very good. Sports and extracurricular activites are conducted every year during graduation time . No such group are here but some go through there YouTube channels .
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms are quite good . Cleaning is done almost everyday . But the mess food is not up the mark . It's very difficult to have food more than 2 months . So I suggest u to not get enrolled into our hostel .

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
