Sreenidhi College Review
Remarks :
This is one of the top colleges when I joined it but eventually the college standards are degraded. I have secured 3418 rank in TS eamcet 2020. I got 76 marks overall. And this college is in top 5 back then. College culture is very good. And if you are looking for a college that has many fests then this is that college. Many fests and events happen in college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have joined in CSE. The faculty are good and have good subject. But there are some lecturers who don't have proper knowledge about their subject. One semister is for 6 months. There'll be two mids before the sem. And you can write mid 3 for improvement of marks in mids but you have to pay 600 per subject.
Internships Opportunities :
There is an AWS intership provided by the govt of India (Aicte). It is a mandatory intership that every Student have to do. You'll have a project at the end. The whole intership consists of tasks. These tasks are available in the YouTube. This intership is not at all useful for your placement. Better do a paid internship outside or complete a course.
Placement Experience :
The placements are not that good in the campus. They'll say that many of our students are placed in Amazon. But the fact here is they are placed in the Amazon but in customer service role. Don't believe college about the placements. The placement training is good. You'll have to study by yourself for getting placed. The highest package in our batch is 16LPA. There is this one company with 32lpa but no one got selected.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have paid 138500 per year. If you're parents are govt employees, you won't get any reimbursement. If not then you'll have to pay only 9000 per year. At the start you have to pay around 30k for uniform, lab and Library. The fee structure depends on your income.
Campus Life :
Campus life at sreenidhi is good. There are many events and fests in the college. There are fest like Sreeotsav, dandiya night, Sree vision, RoboVeda, cult night etc and many tech events. For sports there is an event called aswathama where other colleges come to sreenidhi and participate in the games and sports.
Hostel Facilities :
I have stayed in the hostel from the startup is the college and shifted to room in the final year. Final year students shouldn't stay in the hostel. If you want good food in the hostel then go for Dhruv, Ajay Reddy or Narayana deluxe boys hostel. All other hostels food is not at all good. The Hostel fee starts from 6000 per month. I have stayed in ravindra deluxe boys hostel which is not available right now.

The campus placements are good and there are companies coming in every year for fresh talent but it all comes down to our talent. We are provided with an opportunity but we have to work for it ourselves.

Generally, students with no active backlogs and a minimum academic percentage as specified by the recruiting company are eligible to participate in campus placements. A few recruiters visit the college for hiring, mainly for entry-level roles in software, IT support, and core engineering domains. However, the number of offers is limited, and only around 40–50% of students secure campus placements. The average salary package offered ranges from ?3–4 LPA, while the highest package varies depending on the company and the student's performance. The college also encourages students to apply for paid internships, which help them gain practical industry experience and improve their technical skills

I am still in my second year, so I havent sat for placements yet. But the college starts preparing us early with coding practice, projects, aptitude training, resume building sessions, and mock interviews. FRom interacting with seniors, I have heard that students who stay consistent with their skills get good opportunities

From the early semesters we are encouraged to build projects, improve our coding skills, and create a strong resume. That gives us enough time to prepare instead of rushing later. I feel the support is there throughout the journey, the more effort you put in, the more you can benefit from these opportunities.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

In our district kamala is the only college with highest placement records .many more MNC are visiting our college and student are getting placed in many companies with highest packages and currently they are leading good lifes

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
