- I like the activities done here , the club's the events are crazy, you will experience a lot of things from these . "AURA" the culture fest done here is awesome
- The faculty I have taken this as a challenge, they want a best course outcome from the batch ,
Dislikes
- The infrastructure and the hostel is the most disliked part of this college , no indoor game stadium, the badminton is played on open quadrangal
- Mess should be improved a lot , and water facility is the worst , there was a jaundice season in our college , many people had to face jaundice from the water and food .
Remarks :
Kls git is the most popular college in belagavi, as many people know this they will suggest you to join the college, also the number of placements are increasing every year in GIT. The college comes with a new plan every year to get a complete outcome of the course .
Course Curriculum Overview :
Electronics and communication is the toughest course as known, but the faculty will help you a lot to clear the subjects even if you are a average student. The teaching staff need to be improved by some faculty members
Internships Opportunities :
No, I haven't opted for any internship programme, because I think it's not important in first year or second year, but still we had options like Internship offers from IIT Kharagpur, our senior say it's compulsory from 5th sem to take any of the internships .
Placement Experience :
You will see good placements and job opportunities these years , CSE and ISE have great placements offer with 56 lpa as the highest placement offered last year. Being in ECE branch if you won't make in any placement, I suggest you to make your basics strong and try to focus on just core field rather than software field , courses like Vlsi , embedded system etc
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As I am from management, it is 3.5 lakh per year, shocking thing is ,it is been increased this year for our juniors , I think 2.6 lakh will be for comedk and 1.2 for kcet , tution fees is 326480, 20k will be considered as others fees and 3520 will be considered as vtu others fees.
Campus Life :
Git campus has a cool environment,you will see lots of trees and it's a green campus. Infrastructure is not so good bcoz it's old and campus is not so big. Campus is around 29 acres . You will get lot of club options like IEE , Rotaract , NSS, etc.with lots of activities.
Hostel Facilities :
I am localite but I have great idea about Hostel Life , my friends are there in hostel . Hostel is too old and it's not clean , talking about mess of git it is worst , I suggest to not take any nearby rooms and have your meal outside the campus , you will get many mess options outside the campus.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
