PESU has a brand value as a highly reputed college in the state. They have good placements and internship opportunities. Being located in Banglore more exposed to opportunities and smart crowds to work with supportive and good faculty members Being located close to RingRoad a heck lot of traffic and busy area and sometimes non availability of transportation
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose electronics and communication mainly because of the rapid increase in the field of electronic devices and its scope. Being a core subject their demand never stops but grows consistently over time. Good and highly qualified for each subject and and they also provide us with career consultation. We have 2 ISA and 1 ESA in which the marks of every exam counts as they are counted for the internals
Internships Opportunities :
No, i am a student in 1st year so the question above is not applicable but all the information provided here is true. But as far as my knowledge with some interaction with teachers and students they are provided with good internships
Placement Experience :
eligibility criteria for placement n or college is a 7.5 CGPA and also it depends again on the branch and the company that employs the people. Apple, Samsung, NVidia, and Qualcomm are some of the common recruiters at PESU PESU has the highest packages of 70LPA offered by Apple and the average package is 8 LPA
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Entry through PESU is through entrance exams. They are KCET and JEE main. The fee structure is different for different exams. Entering through JEE costs around 4,20,000 to 5,00,000 per year and it depends upon the course the student has opted for. The fees for entering though KCET is 1,07,498 which is fixed by the state government of Karnataka. These fees cover all the aspects of college fees and no extra money is asked. Talking about the hostel there are 3 different hostels which are being provided for the 1st year students and its fees is 1,20,00 for the IT Block and mess block and 1,35,000 for the New block. The IT and mess blocks are hostels with common rooms and have four sharing and 2 sharing rooms respectively and on the other hand in the New block we have attached bathrooms with 3 sharing. The rooms are provided on the basis of 1st come 1st served and from the 2nd year onwards students will be provided with New block.
Campus Life :
Campus life is one of the best experiences as you get to know more, learn more and socialize with new people. PESU is good at conducting fests as they celebrate each festival as a fest so every month fests keep happening and every 2 months once PESU hosts national-level coding hackathons for students The library at PESU is a source of information and u can never stop learning from the library of PESU with its vast collections of textbooks, journals and research papers. PESU is one of the hosts of inter-college tournaments and have good sports and gym equipment for students PESU hosts bootstrap activities where students learn from the seniors about their branches PESU has clubs like AIKYA{social service club},Alcoding{club for coders} and around 54 clubs are at PESU
Hostel Facilities :
Talking about hostels, there are 3 types of hostels which are provided for the 1st year. They are discussed on the top. Just a little details are that there are 6 sharing rooms in IT block but only 1 on each floor

The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
