- The campus is extra-ordinary good with plants , trees and eco friendly nature. It's great to play cricket , basketball, badminton, football . carrom, table tennis. Smart TVs are installed in every classrooms . Some teachers are excellent in their teaching. Seminar hall is present for any event or gathering . It can fit upto 300 members. Library is open to everyone who are wiling to study. Students can login through their biometric to check-in to the library. Even there is a scheme to borrow books from the library with a unique card given by the library head. A vending machine is placed near the seminar hall for the snacks fulfillment. Security guards can be seen in every inch of the college who regulate any misconvenience not to happen. There are enough security personnels in the entry gate as well as in the hostel. There are many labs for each departments. Computer labs, electronics labs, IOT labs, Mechanical labs, Civil Engg. labs.
Dislikes
- The thing is there is only one lift for the entire college. It is limited to 8 people. So climbing stairs is really tiring for 7th or 8th floor. Canteens are limited to old menus. We can't depend on canteens for breakfast and lunch . No quality food is served . No hygiene is maintained throughout. Classes of 7th floor are drenched with water whenever it rains. Canteen will be leaky if it rains heavily. Cafeteria and mess areas are sheltered by the pigeons. Pigeons excretes could be seen on the tables of the cafeteria.
Remarks :
I chose this college from my friend's suggestion. Even KEA board had allotted seat in this college. Before the admission , many counselling will be undergone by the students. I personally undergone some counselling rounds of what course should be chosen and which course was having a huge demand in the IT. No return tests will be given or any exams will be taken . After the admissions, to make students develop interactions with the co-ordinators and the colleagues , an induction round will be arranged before the curriculam starts. There, newly joined students will be getting into some activities and tasks. Admissions will be made fair by every institutes for better admissions take place. Students from North India come and admit to this college. Majorly , Telugu speaking students get admitted in large numbers.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The courses and the subjects are followed by the VTU guidance. Subjects are really outdated as everyone knows. VTU has to revise this course for atleast in upcoming days. People who mug up and write answers can easily survive in this VTU rules. Teachers are not even made up for the courses. Neither highly experienced nor highly qualified teachers are taken in this institute. Teachers who are passed with their B.Ed degree are enrolled for this job . Teachers are only concerned about the attendance record. Some teachers afford random marks in their internals without looking in detail. I chose this course for the designing aspect which was suggested by one of the college faculty during admissions. But there was no scope or any enhanced learning in the CSD stream . Computer science and design. The CSD branch was same as the CSE branch no designing was taught unlike CSE. Same portions and syllabus is followed for both CSE and CSD.
Internships Opportunities :
There is no shortage of internship opportunities in this college. Even it is included in the academic curriculum. VTU itself provide opportunity on topics like : Cloud Computing and AI Devops for the final and pre-final year students. Hawlett Packard (E) HPE offered internship and stipend of 21,000/- per month with 7.5LPA package ComedKares with no stipend. Nasscom internship classes with placement oriented in UI/UX and Cybersecurity. Masai placement and internship with stipend ranging from 12,000/- to 21,000/-.
Placement Experience :
The placements and the job opportunities are pretty well compared to other institutes. But high paying packages is undoubtedly low. Companies will come for placements with job offers and internships. Any student can bag the offer if he has good communication skill having average aggregate of 7 or more and with no active backlogs. This may make him attend the placement drive. Students with lack of these skills will have to struggle. Companies like: Accenture 4.5LPA, HPE -Hawlett Packard (E) 7.5 LPA, Phonepe , Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, Qspider, SquadCast Labs 21 LPa Highest package was 21 LPA by Squad Cast Labs The Placement cell head strives hard to get companies drive into Atria Institute of Technology. But only you need to be in the eligible list. The average salary package ranges from 3.5 LPA to 6LPA. The percentage of the students getting placed is around 30% . The CS background students are likely to have more chances of getting placed compared to other branches.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure depends on how you get admitted to the college. 1. KCET - 90,000/- for CET & 10,000/- as college fee @ 2021 / CSE branch. 2.COMEDK - it was around 1 lakh 40k in 2021 . 3.Management- it was 1,75,000/- for CSE branch Now for the 2024-25 academic year, The fee structure for the ECE branch is as follows: Management - 2,50,000/- year (negotiable) KCET - 1,13,000/- year. The exam fees has to be paid exclusively every semester and scholarships for NSP and SSP has to be applied if they wish. No other scholarships are provided by the college side and no merit students get the financial aid from the college . Those candidates who get the SNQ quota allotted from the KEA board , will pay small amounts varying from 20k to 40k for their college fees. SC/ST students has to pay the scholarship sanctioned amount to the college mandatorily.!! All these years only , a 3000/- rupees hike was done from 2021-2024 in the Atria Institute of Technology.
Campus Life :
The campus is good and ambient. The campus is well built with spacious parking and cafeteria. Hostels are undergoing construction . Atria University students have much privilege than the Institute students. Atria University building is the main attraction . Reserved spots are there for cricket and basketball enthusiastic. Even football turf is built. Every year, many fest is conducted by each departments. Saptharang is the biggest event festival by the CCA club commenced during the April -May month. Many hackathons is organized by the clubs . But the funding has to raised by the event organizers. No funds will be provided by the college. Even for the biggest festivals , college doesn't spend any major expenditures. Library is situated in the UG with good book collections. Students can make use of it for their studying and writing assignments. CCA clubs , Rotaract clubs , EEE cell , are run by students. Sports are organized for inter college events. No college sports day is celebrated.
Hostel Facilities :
Separate hostel building is there for boys and girls scholars. . Hostels rooms are very compact and has to be shared between 3 others. One attached washroom is provided. Only for the last year passing out students , rooms has to be shared with 2 students . Cottages will be provided . Metal Bed cottage is provided with a safety locker. Students has to bring their own mattress and bedsheets. The hostel is maintained well and clean but don't think it is free of some bad smell. The hostel mess food is not that appetizing. Even some students has complained about the presence of insects particularly cockroaches. Food quality is very low. Menu is quite simple with Rice , Sambar, Chapathi, Curd rice, Sometimes chicken . Evening snacks is provided based on the menu on particular days. Snacks like Tea, Bajji, Maggi etc. Hostel is much expensive as heard by the outside stays. Registration is not required for the hostel rooms. College authority allots room based on the studying year.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
