- I like the place as its a open place so you will love to be there when there is fresh air around
- Also the teachers there are very friendly,provides proper guidance and very good notes
Dislikes
- There is no extra curricular activities taking place
- There are too much restrictions and students are not allowed to go anywhere
Remarks :
You don't choose as such .you have to apply in the ipu form for being selected and according to the options and you rank you are given clg and then it's your choose to freeze it or lose it . So just prepare well for your jee exams if you want the clg of your choice. Clg is quite good in studies but a bit lagging in extra curricular activities.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was interested in the field of btech that's the reason in choose it and the teachers here are very friendly and very good . They even provide notes to study and you don't have to refer to any other things if you have notes. Exams are moderate just a few subjects gets a bit difficult but ya uh can get passing marks .
Internships Opportunities :
Yess a internship in ipu clg only which was being provided by the government. Research based work was given on electronic field related . A proper guidance and lots of efforts with a group and lots of knowledge was provided there . It was in the east campus of the ipu college.
Placement Experience :
As it a government clg so all the ipu clg will get same opportunities for the placement. You can give your interview from any clg where the placement is going to take place . Also a grp has been provided where all the details for placement and internship are provided.the highest package is 13 lac
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
1,40,000 is the fee for one year in btech and as go into next year the fees gets reduced my almost 10000 . Also as it is a government clg so scholarship is also provided different in which you can apply and the amount will get refunded into your account.
Campus Life :
So college mainly focus on the studies and attendance but ya efforts of students brings some event unto the college ya fashion club or talent hunt or freshers for juniors , sports event, and more . There is even a library with lots of books with the college id you can issue 4 books with it .
Hostel Facilities :
There is no hostel facility provided there as the clg is somewhat inside a village area so there are only pg available which you can buy by yourself . mostly students take pg in rohini as they get good infrastructure there

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
