My Review On Rungta Collage of Engineering and Technology, Bhilai,Chhattisgarh
Remarks :
The good thing is , the campus is very good and clean, and the Placement support is very good. one of the bad thing I observed is the management is not Good. i was offered this collage based on my JEE score , I took admission in 2019 and graduate in 2023, the journey was quite good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I am from B.TECH Computer Science Engineering stream, i choose this stream because of the demand of software engineers that time, and the future is tech , so I choose computer science. The faculties were good and educated most of them are P.hd holders, and they have good knowledge. exam were in semester basis so there was two exam per year for 2 semester.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes , I Opted for an Internship , basically i was doing a training program and after that I offered internship as well by the company , i have completed 3 months of internship then placement begins for the final year students.
Placement Experience :
Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
i my time the fees was 36115 rupees for a single semester , and there was a scholarship for ST,SC,OBC , they offered EMI based fees payments option for students, they have good number of companies in their list for campus placement and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.
Campus Life :
The Campus life was Very good, we enjoyed a lot in our Canteen , and the food were also in cheap prices, they have Gym also , they have a very big ground for sports , they organized Annual function every year and invite some celebrities and they organize freshers party as well.
Hostel Facilities :
The Hostel were Very good and Clean , they provide very good rooms as well , the buildings are very beautiful, although i was not a hosteler but i visited many times as my friends were hostelers, all facilities are there.
Interview Experience :
No, there was no Group Disscussion for Admission process, the process was very smooth and quick, they just need your certificates and TC, and other general documents for verification, its a few hours process.

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.

There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .
Genuine review of NIT raipur
Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.

The highest offer received in college is in crore. Around 85% of the students get placed at the end of the 4th year.
