- Well there are two cafeterias and 1 chat shop in the campus which are quite nice and also there is a supermarket for daily needs.
- Faculty are quite nice and friendly and overall the campus is average because of less interaction
Dislikes
- Less interaction between the seniors and freshers because of the anti-ragging moment
- Infrastructure is very badly designed, as the first year have to litterly climb a mountain to go their daily classes(by steps)
Remarks :
I chose this college because in comparison with other iiits , this one was quite affordable and the circulum seemed fine. But later i realised that the curriculum is very outdated and there is alot of hectic work you have to do in the first year
Course Curriculum Overview :
As mentioned before the curriculum is very hectic, and doesn't help one in his/her development as an engineer of their respective field. Academics is quite fine and the faculty is also nice so you don't have to worry about it
Internships Opportunities :
Well there a chances of getting interships, I as I first year don't know much about it but there are second year and third year student who got scholarship from here. So the chances are never zero. Infosys is a company which offers internships here
Placement Experience :
Well as a first i don't know much about the placements , but the placement situation is not so good anywhere. So the same case is with this college with average package of 9lpa and highest of 1.3crores
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Well there aren't any tuition waivers for OBC and general students but for st/sc students the whole tuition fees is cancelled. As per the scholarship there are state scholarship, OBC scholarships and also general relience scholarships. Admission fees was about 60000 after paying the fees of the jossa and all.
Campus Life :
In the first year there is very little interaction between seniors and the freshers because of the anti-ragging moment. So the social life is very less and you might not experience clubs or interaction that much
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms are great, and the facilities is also very nice to work with. The mess menu changes every 2 months and the food is great you can't complain with the food. For registration it will done on the day of your physical reporting .

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
