- College infrastructure is very good. There is So many things to enjoy.
- Faculties are very supportive and highly qualified.
Dislikes
- College campus is small. Not big. So there is little limitations in space.
- Many students are not friendly.. There is a competition between every students.
Remarks :
This is one of the best engineering college in kerala. The first reason for I choose the college is this is government and autonomous. TKM is NBA accridated and has high alumini strength inside and outside nation. Even the Chairman of ISRO is a passout from TKMCE mechanical engineering department. TKM gives so many opportunity for the students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I mentioned that college is autonomous. So the syllubus is created based on outcomes. Our education system is outcome based education. Students get so many skills like communication, problem solving, team work, presentation skills, numerical skills etc.. Exams are conducting regularly and results publishing without any lag. Evaluation is Crystal clear. That is one of the best benifit of autonomous system. Faculties are highly qualified most of the proffesers are graduated from IITS. They have so many publications and journals. They are guiding phd scholars. Their lucturer are awesome.
Placement Experience :
Our college has high placement oppurtunities.TKM has both national and international placement. Students without backlog and having CGPA greater than 7.5 is elligible for attempting placement interview. So many IT companies and core companies visiting our campus every year. Average pacakage is 5 LPA. In the last year two students from CSE department got placement with 33 LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
TKM is an autonomous government engineering aided college. So there is two types of seats. Merit and managment seats. The students getting merit seats pay 10000 per year. Exam fee is 2000 per semester. The admission fee is 22000/-. Students come in managment seats pay a donation 8 to 10 lakhs depends on what stream they choose. There is so many scholarships available based on the student's perfomance and category. Prematric scholarship is an exmaple. This is giving to the OBC category students. The fee merit seats are normal and affordable.
Campus Life :
Our campus is a society. TKM has it's own magical unity. TKM has an annual technical and cultural fest called' Hestia'. Hestia conducted every year in May month. So many celebrities visited in our college during this fest. Our college has library in every department and has a central college library. This are really usefull for students academics. In every year Tkm come the first or second place in university spors meet. Exspecially in football. And there is activities of NSS and steps conducting so many social works. And there is so many other groups and clubs
Hostel Facilities :
College is providing hostel for every year students seperatly. Hostel mess has a centralised kitchen. Food providing from that kitchen. Food quality is average. There is a kerala style menu including non veg. Hostel fee is little higher 7000 per month is not affordable for everyone. There is so many private hostels and pGs near college.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
