- The college has secured environment will exclusively for girls and a supportive infrastructure.
- The faculties are knowledgeable and encourage group discussions debates discussions in classes.
- The old building has undergone many constructions and new classrooms are also available, student lawns has also be built new in the college
Dislikes
- The college does not have a ground of it's own, projectors of some classes also does not work properly.
- The size of the college is small, it covers a limited area in Malleswaram due to unavailability of space. Considering the secured environment many girls opt for this college, making it a bit crowded.
Remarks :
mLAC college was exclusively built for girls/womens who aimed reaching higher heights in life. Major reason many choose this college is for the secured environment it is surrounded with and the reputation that the college holds up for uplifting women. Girls aiming to become CA can choose this college which has a tie up with yeshas Academy. Yeshas Academy is one among the top coaching centres in Bengaluru. Coaching for foundation will be given in college campus from morning 6:45 till 11 a.m. after which regular b.com classes will be allotted. For intermediate and final exams of CA the coaching should be taken directly from the Academy which is situated in seshadripuram or Jayanagar, but the fees should be paid to the college and the college pays it to the academy.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The college follows exam pattern and its valuations as per the Bengaluru City University. College conducts to internals per semester and final exam for each semester, every subject has credit points following the education policy
Placement Experience :
The college gets placement offers many Mid-size firms and some top companies namely some of the Big 4 company like Deloitte, and other companies spread across Bengaluru like Godrej, Wipro, IBM, TCS, HP and many more. The highest recorded package for a B.Com graduate was approximately 6 LPA, while starting packages starts from the range of around 3 LPA for fresh graduates. It has well-regarded placement programs that attract around 70+ companies ,resulting in job offers for students across various departments.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees for the normal BCom structure is Rs. 60,000, B.com aided fees totals up to 40000 p.a. A separate section called B.com (A&F) is exclusively for CA students. Students aspiring to be CA are kept separate from the regular BCom courses and the maximum registration for CA students are 30 to 40. The total sum of fees for CA students is 90000 p.a. which is divided equally for each semester. This fees is inclusive of the coaching provided for CA, the college has a tie-up with yeshas Academy and the fees will be paid via college. The college does not offer any management seats or any special reserved seats for SC or ST. But the college has a program of learn while you earn where students with any special skills or talent can earn in college by teaching their fellow mates or students from other sections for an affordable fee, which makes beneficial for that particular student to earn while for the others to enhance their skills.
Campus Life :
The college has a variety of departments and for each department will be clubs which conduct events, the main fest of the college is Tarangini, it is usually conducted in the month of September where the entire college join hands to celebrate in unity, during which many inter-college fest and competitions are held. The club for department of commerce is Akanksha and a separate club for b.com accounting and finance students is Smriti association. These Clubs throughout the year conduct two or three events each allowing students from other colleges to participate.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
