- Very advanced college campus with centralised AC & Projector screens & threatre like classrooms for comfortable in attending lectures
- Campus is a good nice vibe campus but still Raichur is hot Area zone so Summers are hot enough. But campus provides you a cool climate & peaceful place. There is a temple in the middle which is nice place to get place
Dislikes
- Nothing as such. Being a private medical college is far better from different private hospitals & college I have visited.
- I wish in Hospital being a advanced facilities we could have got more patients for the treatment
Remarks :
For eligibility & taking admission in the MBBS course one should have Written NEET Exam & should have minimum qualified in the NEET to get a seat in the College. Being a Open state category student I got a rank of 64500 & neet score 527 & got admission through registration in KEA.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties in College are qualified enough for their Professional course. Some are helpful some are kind some are irritating as every College has some faculties. But the academics are good the lecturers generally use the presentation to teach the class. Some just read it & some just teach the topic throughly as usual.
Internships Opportunities :
As I am in 2nd professional year of the MBBS curriculum I have not experienced Internship as it is after completion of 4th year. The review of the internship is based on experience of our seniors. So I will update the experience when Get into Internship
Placement Experience :
We are going to be Doctors so we don't have anything called Placement but once we get the degree we can still take a job in any private hospitals or clinics on temporary basis. One worse thing is while doing Internship in the College till now we are not receiving any Stipend per month as u can see in Govt medical college. Till now no action has been taken but hopefully so in com8ng we will receive Stipend.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The Tuition Fees for the Private students attending MBBS for Outside Karnataka is 1092500 approx per year & college fees is around 95000 per year which may vary little bit year to year. The Govt. Seat fees in MBBS is around 1.5lacs per year & college fees remains the same.The management quota fees bit higher around 26lacs per year but college fees is 95k.
Campus Life :
Navodaya Medical College has very good campus which has medical college & hospital in the campus itself. The best thing is they have central library which has good collection of books to study & has Cafeteria in the library to chill. The Campus authorities runs Buses for the convineint transport of the students from hostel to College & fro. Hostels are with in the campus radius around 1km from the college
Hostel Facilities :
There 5 boys hostel& 5 girls hostel separate hostels around 4 hostel of respective are for the MBBS students. The hostel rooms are of generally double occupancy non-ac with common bathroom. There are also options available in hostel single occupancy & ac rooms but costing 1.5lac more than the basic fee of 1.1 lac per year. A central mess is present are the middle ground floor of the mess is for girls sitting area & upper floor is for boys dining area. There is a small garden beside the Mess for chilling out for love birds generally. There is also presence of juice stall & basic bakery infront of the mess & fast food centre. One important point in the hostel fees the mess charges are also included

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
