GGSIPU - an underrated university

- Our college infrastructure is too good specially east campus.. which is totally new
- Faculties are also good with experience of atleast 5-10 years
Dislikes
- GGSIPU follows yearly academic calendar which should be semester wise to avoid loss of time
- College canteens are not that much good

I'm from engineering background so I can't say about other backgrounds faculties. But yeah I can share about the smae here most of faculties are with PG degrees with good experience.... But in case of NUES subjects you may get less experienced faculties as NUES aren't that much imp
Course Curriculum Overview :
College infrastructure is too good having auditorium. Good academic blocks . Affordable fees as compared to other colleges like DTU , nsut . And the main factor is location, (delhi ) variety of things are available to explore
Placement Experience :
So about placements . GGSIPU dwarka campus is old so around 20 session of placements r already done from here so having a great alumini ... In east campus 2024 is the first session so I can't say a lot . But decent companies are also approaching east campus too. Avg package of btech is around 8-9 LPA
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
When I joined my college (USAR-GGSIPU ) I payed 136000+12000 as college fee where 10000 are refundable after completion of degree. And from 2nd year we have to pay 136000 as yearly academic fee. This excludes supplementary exam charges you will be charged around 1200 for each back exam .
Campus Life :
We have to campus in delhi first one is dwarka campus, where we can observe that fests are conducted through out the second is east campus in surajmal vihar where we can also see extra curricular activities and decent fests . Library facilities are also too good in both of the campuses

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.

talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
