- Hospital infrastructure hospital hygiene is not at all good
- Campus Life there is no campus at all Karwar weather is too bad very humid you will sweat whole day without doing any work also
Remarks :
Government College good OPD and ipd cheaper fee beach nearby you can enjoy nature very well Library is very very good administration is good news hospital and trauma centre is being built it will increase the infrastructure
Course Curriculum Overview :
Teaching depends on subject and teachers if they are interested in teaching they will do it good again this is not a school to teach everything u have to study yourself they will just give a push anatomy physiology is good biochemistry is toxic
Internships Opportunities :
Internship is compulsory for us one year rotatery internship you have to do after that compulsarily you have to do one year of rural quota to complete the bond you will be getting paid 30000 per month in internship and 70k in rural quota these numbers may increase in coming years
Placement Experience :
As it is medical College u can't expect placement offers if u apply as junior resident in any hospital u will easily get a job without much roaming unemployment rate is much less in this course compared to other
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For SC/ST students whose income less than 8 lpa tution fee is 0 and other charges includes 8000 but for all other students total fee is60k but during admission extra 7000 have to be paid to the college
Campus Life :
Yearly one sports day annual fest for 12 months u will hardly have one and half month of extra curricular activities fresher's party will be conducted if ur batch is lucky enough except our batch all other fresher's is done
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel fee is 12k per annum mess fee varies in boys and girls hostel around 3k monthly food quality is not bad but at the end of the day hostel food is hostel food u need to adjust and yeah definitely you will

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
