Likes
- I like about the hostel facility because I can hangout in the evening with my friends. There is library service available I used to go in the library during my free hours. There is a pin drop silenceavailable
- I like the Saturday most in the college because I used to stay in the hostel as I have to go at my home every Saturday evening.
Dislikes
- There is so much restriction in the college as well in the hostel. The warden is very strict not even friendly with students. She is very dangerous even God is not allowed to take our food orders or courier after 7 o'clock.
- The mess food was okay okay but there is special food in the Friday night during every month
Remarks :
There are so many group discussions and tests for admission, even there are counsellor for making mind the students during admission process. They guide really very well for future guidance. Teachers are well qualified and cooperative as well. They are very helpful and friendly.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is very top notch. Teacher's are very helpful and friendly as well. The majority of faculty have an experience of 10 to 15 years or above. The colleges on semester basis of 4 years, nind there are 8 semester in 4 years . During which there are clinical postings in the hospitals. In which we have to take the cases for nursing care plan in assignments and their are observation report drug book assignment sheets and many other assignment. This college follows the Indian Nursing council pattern for their exams. It also provides DNC registration. There are lots of exam in between semester like Mid semester exams and pre boards and final university exams in each semester.
Internships Opportunities :
In this course internship is included in that 4 years. This college does not provide any kind of stipend in 4 years. You have to pay on your own basis you can take money from your parents are relatives guardian.
Placement Experience :
There is of placement service available in private hospitals after interviewing you can get placement there as per your interview. And you can prepare for the government exams also like norcet, railway , UPPSC , DSSSB
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is some concession for category students. Student can pay the fees installments. There are also scholarship available for different groups. You can also join research groups in hospital. They are so many scope after BSc nursing.
Campus Life :
This college provide many facilities like there is wifi available in classroom . There is no AC in student classroom but there are AC in lab and faculty room. There is staff canteen. There is a library hall in which you can take the books and read them during free hours. This college does not provide many more facilities for sports games and other activities. They does not have their own fest. There is no cultural fest. This college mainly focuses on the students academic performance. There is hostel service available and it has its own mess. And student can take PG too.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality was okay. There is a hostel room available for two student. In one room to students live. There is a warden who maintain the hostel decorum. There is a timing restriction for students they are not allowed to go after 7 o'clock in the evening there is a outing before 7 o'clock and students can go there home from hostel on Saturday night and come in the Sunday evening. There are common bathrooms and washrooms. There are four set of bathroom and washroom in each floor. There is a common mess at ground floor. They are two garden in the hostel.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

Placement Experience :
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
