- There is need to have better wifi facilities to students
- There is need to put more emphasis on infrastructure also
Remarks :
I have choose this college because of its high reputation , more emphasis on extra curriculum activities , there is no as such test for UG course but there are entrance test for PG courses. Cutoff varies from year to year usually it is above 85%.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The level of exams is between medium to high level . The teachers are well qualified most of them has cleared civil services exams too . The way of teaching is also very unique with the use of smart board .
Internships Opportunities :
Fabcode have given opportunity for internships and tasks such as in digital marketing, online projects for branding etc . It provides knowledge for each and every aspect of the project . And many more companies have given opportunity for jobs .
Placement Experience :
Usually students who are good in academics as well as in extra curriculum are consider for better placements around 90% of students are getting placements from reputative companies with good packages.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have paid 30000 per year for my course , fees varies from course to course if someone has practical subject then practical fees is also added . There are facilities for scholarship for students belonging to sc /st or ews on the basis of merit .
Campus Life :
The library is quite big with plethora of books. There are big sports complex for basketball players , badminton court is there. The crowd I also very supportive even fresher's don't face feeling of alienation.
Hostel Facilities :
Food of mess as well as of canteen is quite good and healthy , there are varieties of food available for students. The registration process is quite simple for hostel as is it I included while filling form .

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
