Best college with roi upto 83%,and good infrastructure
Remarks :
The college is one of the best colleges of Panjab University Chandigarh, among the government colleges.there is a need of more than 90% for outside ut students.And the admission is completely merit based on based on ranks .there is no cutoff ,gf/pi rounds etc. There is no need to prepare for these rounds separately it is completely 12th percentage based .
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is flexible and simple .I choose this course because it gives a detail knowledge about accounting and finance.the faculty of this college is well knowledge and well mannered.they all are PhD holders . The exams are held semester wise.and before that mid semester exams are taken by the college on that basis are assesment is given to students.the difficultly of semester exams are easy to moderate,it varies from student to student.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total tuition fees for bcom is 75000rs.which is nearly 25000 rs yearly.this fees is to be paid in two installments yearly.there is no development fees ,lab fees, registration fees,etc.there is only form filling fees which is 70 rs (dhe form) .there are various scholarships available for students which are private and public.there are scholarships like merit based scholarships,girl child scholarships,caste based scholarships,rural area scholarships etc are available to students.the books for sc and st students is free. Fees for other batchmates is affordable for this college course , nearly for all the colleges is less than 50000 yearly.The batch size of each course is nearly 80-150 students.
Campus Life :
The fest as are conducted regularly in this college based on upcoming events.science fest and diwali fest were recently conducted in the college.the library of the college is a huge one.it has alot of books even of Urdu ,french and german .it has the best facilities for students to prepare for competitive exams in the college itself. This college is excellent in sports and extra curricular activities.this college has a large sports alumni network. The college has various clubs and societies for students.the college have ncc and nss for students to volunteer for the nation along their studies.

College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.
