- The infrastructure is good it can be developed.
- Few faculties are decent and corporative.
Dislikes
- No campus placements They should start placements
- No exposure and extra curricular activities.
Remarks :
The college has good fees structure and also a government college. The clg is in my city only. So it was convenient for me. And no I haven't had any group discussions, interviews or written test for it.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is good. The faculties is also decent. But there is a need to change the old faculties and bring some young minds since old faculties wants everything to work according to the. Their teaching methods are pretty average and can be improved. We have term exams in every 4 to 5 months and the level of difficulty is from average to difficulty only.
Internships Opportunities :
Not now. I am a tutor for now and m managing my expenses by that only. I am thinking to opt for internship and have given few interviews but the results is still awaited. I want to do internship in HR
Placement Experience :
The college don't offer on campus placement. I am thinking to pruse my masters afterwards and then opt for a job. I want to opt for MBA for which m preparing Since our clg don't provide campus placements. I think they start focusing on it.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
You have to pay fees each semester before the semester starts, and the fees is around 10 to 12 thousand per semester. This includes all the tuitions fees, lab fees and other compulsory charges. Scholarships are provided and they have a separate exams for it. Around 4000 to 5000 Scholarship is provided. The fees of other batch mates is also same lum- sump.
Campus Life :
We have 1 fest of the clg which happens annually( comenzar) Books are available in the library Not much sports are played. Yes we do have several courts. No social groups I do tried to initiate some ideas but they were refused.
Hostel Facilities :
No I haven't. But I have herd from my friends that the food menu is average and the rules are too strict. They feel that they are in a jail and can't get out for fresh air. Registration is done through a government website DHE.

College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
