- i like the environment of our college surrounded by greenery
- infrastructure is quite decent and faculty is fantastic
Dislikes
- no leisure classes. if lecturer is absent then the class will be compensated by other lecturer
- the campus is spreaded over a small area no large playground is allocated
Remarks :
we can enter into this college through eamcet and also through jee mains in b category. for general students 10k rank is mandatory to get a cse related branch at vasavi. i got 8k rank in eamcet and i got seat in third phase of counselling in it department
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty here is on the top most level. Coming to exams pattern two internal exams are conducted and semester end exam every lecturer has done their phd's in their respective departments and tbe timetable here is absolutely perfect no leisure classes are avail for the students
Internships Opportunities :
as i am in 1st semester i didnt go through any internship but our seniors getting internships in 4th semester some of them went for internships and got placed permanently at their company in every semester you should do a project which you can keep in the resume
Placement Experience :
the main special thing about vasavi is placements almost 90 percent of students are getting placed every year who secured cgpa above 8. the highest package in 2023 was 45 lpa and coming to average package it is about 9 lpa. top companies like cisco, google, oracle, servicenow are coming here to recruit us
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
i secued the seat in vasavi college of engineering through eamcet . as i got rank below 10k, fee reimbursement is applicable for me. for the students who secures seat through jee should pay about 150000. but in the starting we should pay 10k for some allocations
Campus Life :
coming to campus it is spread over 14 acres and there is only fest throughout the year named euphoria conducted in april . the library here is quite decent . there is no special time allocation for sport. you can play in the college premises after 4.20. if you want to know about vasavi go throug through the insatgram accounts of vasavi, they will clear all the doubts about college
Hostel Facilities :
there is no hostel facility provided in the campus area . if should join in nearby pgs. i am too staying in a hostel nearby college. fee is about 6.5k per month. you should adapt with the food in private hostels, food here is not that much good

The average salary package offered ranges from ?3–4 LPA, while the highest package varies depending on the company and the student's performance. I am still in my second year, so I havent sat for placements yet. But the college starts preparing us early with coding practice, projects, aptitude training, resume building sessions, and mock interviews. FRom interacting with seniors, I have heard that students who stay consistent with their skills get good opportunities

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Placement and job opportunities are good recently recruiters came to our clg and many students got an opportunity to showcase their talent and some got selected to interviews as well this year the highest package was 8lpa and the percentage of students getting placement are around 60-70% with self work too

There will be fewer placements right after completing BBA. One must pursue an MBA to get a proper placement but still, JNTU attracts companies like TCS, Infosys, HDFC banks etc. Student with a minimum of 7 GPA and no backlogs can attend the drives
