Course Curriculum Overview :
In this college Computer Science is the only good course which is better to join as it gets most of the placements. The faculty doesn't care what you do. They are qualified but just not much interested to teach personally. The teaching methods are not so good just normal and exams are pretty easy as we would get most of the questions from previous year.
Internships Opportunities :
I have got two internships one from the college and the other off campus From the college I have got internship in IndiaP2poffering 12000 per month where as the other company Iwas getting 30000 per month so I have persued in that
Placement Experience :
The placements and job opportunities is one of the reason i have joined this college. The thing is most if the companies are regular to the college what i mean is they are coming from last 10 years to the college and they hire every year. So even in this worst market they still come tour college and hire.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There will two semesters in a year In the odd semester you pay approximately 35000 overall with 30000 as tuition fee with 3500 as Examination and some other fee possible around 1500 to 2000 In the even semester you will have to pay approximately 32000 with 28000 as tuition fee and 3000 as Examination fee Scholarships are available for top 3 rankers in the class but it is very time taking like you will reimburse after some 2 years
Campus Life :
There is annually fest named Apratim but it is just an average college fest where we can enjoy for 10 days like roam and organize. They conduct the fest in October. The sports are bad, mainly they just have one basketball ground other than that it is just waste We also have clubs but not that active enough to mention.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is affordable a sit just cost you 4000 per semester. The food depends on the contractor but most of the times its edible. There are no PGs or room near by and hostels is my recommendation. It would be difficult to adjust in the beginning but it is the best

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
