- Good food of every canteen in the university, great library with lots of books
- Rose garden which is full of roses and beautiful trees
Remarks :
No there were no group discussions or interviews but we had to give an entrance test comprising of descriptive questions related to our area of knowledge then we are evaluated on its basis. A list of merit was released after the exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is less as compared to other universities. There are 2 or 3 professors who do not come to teach us. Scholars have taken all the responsibility to teach us. It is quite disheartening to see that there is no teaching staff.
Internships Opportunities :
I have done internships on my own through internshala app but there is no assistance by my university in providing any internship or placement. Me and my friends had to look out for internships on our own.
Placement Experience :
No placement or job opportunities are offered to us in our degree. The college management does not provide or help in finding any relevant internship or placement. No companies have approached our department for placement or internship in the recent years.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We have to pay 13,000 for the entire year of master's degree of English. Examination fees is also there which is to be paid every semester before exams. The examination fees keeps on getting increased every year.
Campus Life :
Campus Life at night is great. We can roam around in the campus freely at night with our friends and eat. There are security guards deployed for our security around the campus to ensure our security. Night life is active and library is also open at night.
Hostel Facilities :
I have rented a pg with my sister and it is nearby my university. You can find a lot of good rented accommodations near the university. They provide food facility for students as well. The rented pg's start from 5,000 in sharing of two people can go upto 10,000.

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
