Likes
- The infrastructure of classrooms and labs are good. The grounds are very huge to play there .
- The faculty was very helpful and useful to the students who want to study higher studies after completing graduation and they guide you through this.
Dislikes
- There is no allocated period for sports to play from 2nd year of engineering itself. I don't like this because sports activities and cultural activities are very useful to us.
- The college was far from the city vizag and the transportation for the college in the evening times to vizag was very tough to get into the bus.
Remarks :
I thought this was good college for me compared to other colleges. The admission process was simple when you got qualified from the exam. Then you have to select the colleges from Andhra Pradesh. When you got this college in the counseling process. You have to submit Xerox copies of your aadhar card, 10 class marksheet, inter marksheet and your eligibility marksheet for the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum was very decent. The academic syllabus for my course was very much useful after completion of my course because the subjects like Digital Electronics, Network Theory, Analog Electronics, Control Systems and Micro processors are very useful to me to get into the vlsi domain side and on the other hand the subjects like C, java, HTML are useful to the students who are aspiring to get into software side. The faculty in the college was very helpful and there are some doctorates too.
Internships Opportunities :
I did a internship in starting of my 4-1 semester which was provided by our college with no stipend for 3 months in the company named robocoupler. My project in the internship was real time mini spider robot which was able to get into the places where humans cannot enter to give emergency items like medicine and food. This was very helpful to defence and at disaster times.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the campus placements was you don't have any active backlogs at the recruitment time. The companies like Accenture, TCS, Amazon, infosys and other service based companies are visited our college and made offers for us. The highest package was 21LPA which was from the company Amazon and it offered for 5-10 students in the college. The Accenture grabbed huge number of students areound 100-150 students and the average package was 3.5LPA . The other companies made limited offers for the students. I got rejected in the final round of Accenture and now I am undergoing training in vlsi domain which was my initial thought to get into hardware side.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I was studied with the government scheme provided by Andhra Pradesh government named jagananna Vidya devana which was eligible for the students who are qualified by writing the EAMCET exam. The total tution fees was paid by the Andhra Pradesh government and we have to pay semester exam fees and university fee yearly which was around 8000 annually.
Campus Life :
The campus life was pretty much good. The infrastructure for classrooms is good and each classroom having a projector is a very good thing. The library was very good and there are different types of books related to the different authors. The college had Avery good cricket ground and basketball court too . The indoor stadium was also there and it is average. The cultural activities were done thrice per year.
Hostel Facilities :
I was not stayed in the hostel during my course. But my friends told me that the rooms are nice and there are common washroom and the food was average. I rented a room in the city of vizag. The transportation from vizag to college in the morning times are good and better compared to evening times. The route was very crowded in evening times.

Placement Experience :
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month.The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Placement Experience :
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
