Likes
- Nice campus one of the biggest and most beautiful campus, infrastructure ground and space is good
- Attendance is not and big issue, in first two years they are a bit strict but are lenient later
Dislikes
- The area in which college is situated is not good, no hanging spots,
- The washroom is very bad. Some of the toilet seats are broken or in some of the toilets, there are no latch on the doors of toilets. Even there is no handwash dispenser in the washroom.
Remarks :
College is overall good but the only negative factor is the college size and fest like the college is not good in fests perspective , even the size of college is 12 acres so there is not large place to spend time because of the less size. For admission, you need to give JEE and participate in the ipu counselling to get ADGITM. The cutoff of CSE is 280k rank and for ece is 650k. You just need to fill the ipu form and fill the choice filling very carefully.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I took this course because i have been very passionate about electronics field from very long. All the faculties in our college are PhD holders or have a great knowledge of their respective subjects. The curriculum of the course is as per today needs and up to date, also our college comes under ipu so every syllabus is handled by ipu. Exams are always conducted on time and with very good supervision. Difficulty of exams are high.
Internships Opportunities :
i have not got internship opportunities because I am currently in first year but the college does offer internship opportunities if the student is intelligent and smart enough to crack it. YES THE COLLEGE OFFERS INTERN OPPURTUNITIES.
Placement Experience :
There is no as such criteria but the companies which visit college often put up a criteria. HP INTEL DELL MICROSOFT came in our college for placements this yeas. The highest salary offered is 44LPA by amazon and the average packages comes between 5 to 6 Lpa. My plan after getting the degree is to get a job and learn more about my field for future opportunities.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tuition fee for each year is 1,16,600 rupees, and the security fee (refundable) is 10,000 rupees, taken once in the first year. The university charge for each year is 20,000 rupees. The student activity fee for each year is 1,000 rupees. The alumni contribution fund is 2,000 rupees, taken once in the first year. Finally, there is Industry readiness initiative training by Learnovate of 5,900 rupees, taken in two and three years only. THE TOTAL FEE IS 574,200 RUPEES.
Campus Life :
There are barely any fests in college. Books in library are available and there is no issue in that. Basketball, football . cricket and every other sports are played in our college. There is Awaaz society which is cultural head and manages all functions of college.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
