- Good facultirs, infrastructure, best librery, best scholarship oppertunities
- College give oppertunities to visit high universities and provide good infrastructure like lifts, librery and good bathroom systems. And give wide variet of courses like criminology, forensic sciense etc..
Dislikes
- There is very small campus space in this college and collrge is situated in the heart of tbrissur and town so there is a noisy atmosphere
- College have less parking facilities so there is rush with vehicles.
Remarks :
St thomas college is ranked first in NIRF ranking in calicut university.it has been best librery in asia.there are high professional faculties.foriegn students have study facilities.there is very conveniant hostel system for both boys and girls.the admission in st thomas college based on pluse two marks of the students. The high marked students have first in the rank list. Grace marks and other external marks will be benifiacial for the incraesing index marks and those students get good rank in addmission process. And there is an interview after the first alotment.the college won first price in d zone arts festival and college is also calicut university sports champions.there are clean sorroundings in campus. And faculties have very suppourting for studies nd other extra curricular activities.all departments in this college conducted their department fest in every year."mizhivu"an art fest held every year and it lasys three days.a psychologist is also provided the college for students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Msc integratedpsychology is the rare course found in kerala. Our college provide that course.it provide many job oppertunities. The teachers are psychologists they are phd scholars and they try to understand students along with studies.there are excellent lab facilities. There is system for taking specialization in genaral psychology.we have visit mental hospitals and teachers give oppertunities to understand other mental pataints. Exam papper are very relevent.faculties take phd in RCI.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, i have opted a summer internship in thrissur mental hospital. I have an amaizinga and traumatic experience in that hospital. And i get certificate and which is very help full for my future including placement. And i assisted doctors to treat variet patients who have diffrent mental problems. And all parients expressed diffrent symptoms and behaiviour. And we have the task to take care the patients and care the patients according to doctors directions. And it was a good experience.
Placement Experience :
Placement cell in our college is very convieniant and one of best placement cell in kerala. Which give opperruinities to all students to reach best position. The students in our college placed companies like accenture, fedaral bank ect.. And they are now on good positions abd have great salaries. Placement cell provide variety activities including skill testing games and other activitirs. And the cell also gave high motivaton and confidence to students to reach high positions. Placement cell have high prodessionals who have high knowledge about future opprtunities.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
College having only low fees for aided students. Only self financing students have fees according to their course.we are giving admission fees and yearly fees which is below 1000.there is a fee for arts fest and other department fests which is below 100.
Campus Life :
campus life is good. There clean tidy and calm sorroundings. College is situated the heart of thrissur. So transportation is easy.students are very friendly and talketive.there are many clubs in the college like arts, sports, nss, ncc, heat club, energy club,each teachers taking charge of each club. There are good bathroom facilities in girls and boys. And there is napkin desposal facilities also provided.
Hostel Facilities :
College hostel is vey good option for girls. There is clean calm atmosphere and which is situated away from college in calm place. Hostel food is very healthy and also non veg is provided in ever weekend. There are good saftey and security in hostel. Bathroom and mess are clean and all rooms have attached bathrooms. The fees of hostel is 6000 in evey month. And good sorroundings are in hostel. And warden are very strict and efficiant. Foods are usefull for all students they are come in diffrent places.

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
