The factor that made me code this college was the location of the college along with good placements and good faculty. The admission process is awesome and smooth. There is a GDPI round after you clear the entrance exam of the college.
The reason for choosing this college primarily was its location along with several other factors like faculty and the placement of the college. The exams were moderate to high and the cost of an MBA was worth it.
The college, after the 1st semester, provides an opportunity for the students to work for 10 days with an NGO, to work for a social cause. The college also asks students to do a 1-month internship after the completion of 2nd semester. Along with it, the college makes it mandatory for the students to work as interns at a company such as IIP.
The placement cell is very well established at IFIM, which provides very good placements. The average package last year was around 9.5lpa and the highest was around 23lpa. The placement percentage was around 95% wherein all the preferred candidates were placed.
There are different clubs for different specialisations and all these clubs organize different events during the course. The main event here is AURA which is celebrated in June. There are other various curricular activities that the college conducts like sports, etc.
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
