- I like the library in our college. And also I like the cancer block (surgery department) here.
- The faculty are good in their teachings and the are also helpful in guiding us.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of our college and hospital is not so good because it is a 100 year old college.
- The lectures sometimes are boring and we are exhausted at the end of the day because of the classes being far away from each other (who have no vehicle to travel though).
Remarks :
Our college AMC is a topmost college in Andhra Pradesh. The academics are good here. I've joined this college cause of my friends. To join this college we have to take the written test called neet ug. Those who wanted to do mbbs course in India should take this test compulsory. The cutoffs range varies from college to college and by caste also. There will reservation for SC, ST and other PWD (personal disabled persons), military family etc.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our course curriculum is CBME based. I chose this course because I wanted to help the sick persons and I love my profession being a doctor. The faculty are pretty well in teaching. They all studied high cources after MBBS too. They teach us well by presenting a ppt on digital board and making us to understand the topic in an easy way. There are 3 internals, 1 prefinal and a final exam. The final exam is conducted by the University of the respective state and the question paper is same for every college and will be easy most of the times (for those who study well though)and sometimes hard. The internals are conducted by the respective colleges and are bit difficult.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for internship yet but my seniors did. The internship opportunities are available better in our college. The interns or house surgeon are posted to the clinical postings in every department monthly. They will gain more more experience by seeing many cases cause our hospital gets so many almost every type of case in Every department,so that the interns will get more knowledge and experience.
Placement Experience :
The placements and job opportunities are better in our college. Every medico who have the MBBS degree are eligible for the pg course in our college and to join this college one should write the written test called neet ug and pg for both ug and pg mbbs courses. The average package per month is 25000.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise college fee is fifteen thousand and the hostel fee is sixty thousand. The total fee for the students who wants to stay in hostels will be including college fee is seventy five thousand per year. The admission fee is two thousand. The books, apron, records, stethoscope and other things needed in college should be bought separately. The fee is same for every category. There is a state level scholarship named vidya deevena having a maximum amount of twenty thousand per year.
Campus Life :
The life at campus is fun with our friends, seniors and the faculty also. There are many events and fests that occur in our college every year like college week, sports week, hostel week, academic week and many social clubs are also involved. There is a library in our college and has every genre, every book and is provided with a reading room with ac and is peaceful.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is provided with many blocks and many other rooms like library, reading room, garden, stage, a court to play, gym room etc. The hostel is provided with washing machines, refrigerators, the above mentioned rooms are provided with ac's, geasers etc. The food tastes good and quality is also good. The menu is provided with many variety of dishes everyday. There will be feast with many variety of dishes and desserts once a month. To apply for hostel, should contact the warden for rooms checking and fee. The fee is sixty thousand per year. The hostel is inside KGH hospital only near Satyanarayana swamy temple.

Placement Experience :
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.
Placement Experience :
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Placement Experience :
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.

Job opportunities are countless for the students who are skilled. Both software and core jobs placements can be observerved in a wide range. Many multi national companies like deloitte, infosys, snovasys, TCS, Accenture are tied up with the campus for conducting drives.
