- Infrastructure of hostel is very poor and rooms , washrooms are pathetic .
- Hostel and college are not at one place . They are separate and far apart .
Remarks :
The college is top postion is state . As the college is in Vishakapatnam . There are 3 internal exams . One prefinal exam. One final exam . For every professional year . To opt this college it is must ti clear neet ug examination.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course is of 5years . With 1 year of house surgeon . Ecah professional year has one final exam which should be cleared compulsory . All faculty are also doctors . Academics ate good and interactive .
Internships Opportunities :
Amc is 7th oldest college in india . Many best doctors and physicians are from amc . Si the graduation rate is very high . As there is very huge patient exposure and clincal experience gained from hospital.
Placement Experience :
There is a one year. Internship to be done in the king george hospital , Vishakapatnam. After than only mbbs certificate is given . Whivh gives eligibility to clear neet pg , pg entrance exams . Almost every student of this college are able to crack pg seat .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees is 15000 per year and 12000 per year hostel fees . And there are scholarships given to eligible students by both state and central government. There is development fund also be taken for college and hospital development.
Campus Life :
There are many events , camps , fests takes place every month which makes college special apart from other colleges . There is large college library for books requirement . As college is very old . Infrastructure is poor .
Hostel Facilities :
As hostels is also old construction as college and hospital . Infrastructure is poor . Room are also not nice. By hostel life is good . Hostel rooms are alloted at time of first year . Food quality in mess is fine . Hostel is affordable .

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
