- The college infrastructure is like you are studying abroad. Chitkara University is very stylish and carry a lot of outlets of food items, such as Barista, Domino’s, Laos, captures, etc. The faculty is very friendly and helpful. A student enjoys his or her life in this campus as the campus is very peaceful and very green nature.
Dislikes
- I don’t consider anything that I dislike about the university, but one thing which I can think that the University is very large and very spacious. So any student can easily get tired while walking around the university
Remarks :
Chitkara University consist various courses in BCA. We had to go through an interview which is conducted in their admission office. All the cut-off and GD required for the admission are mentioned in the admission booklet, they gave us after student completes the interview, they are further have conversation with the counsellor provided by the university who helps them about all type of guidance about the course and the University management.
Course Curriculum Overview :
A student is provided with their chalkpad ID, which is a unique ID for all the students of Chitkara University after admission on which the student can identify all types of notes, assignments, CHO and all their information like their marks, assignments, attendance. The facilities are very friendly very smart to teach.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The semester fees of bachelors in computer application in Chitkara University is 52,000 which will cost you 1,04,000 per year. It is a three year course from last few years, the fees is same but the students whose parents are in central government job like railway army etc Can get scholarship on the job basis.
Campus Life :
Chitkara University have various social groups clubs, some of those are C2S2, NC, NSS, Matrix . Any student can take part in these groups on their own choice. After clearing the joining interview in this university consists in various libraries for separate departments, any student from any department can visit any library to read books and gather notes. They have a huge building named as auditorium, which consists various sports activities like port, table, badminton table, soccer, chess, carrom, Zumba classes, Gym , arm wrestling, and in the outer area, they have play grounds for lawn, tennis, volleyball, basketball, skateboarding, football, cricket ground . Every month, the university organises. Any kind of DJ night for the day as well as the hostlers for the enjoyment of the students

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
