- The campus is neat, clean and spacious.
- Library is good with internet connection and it is big and has all the facilities needed by the students
- It's peaceful, since my college is a bit on the outskirts of the cot you don't find any annoying noise
- Opportunities, it is a new college comparatively so the opportunities are good the college and the faculty too support and promotes the same
Dislikes
- Canteen is bit underdeveloped and needs have good space for sitting
- Empty and unused spaces are mostly everywhere and are being developed
Remarks :
I didn't face any written tests/ interviews etc, since the college is relatively new they didn't made me take test and all, but as for my juniors I have heard that there is tough competition and they are taking tests I selected this college because I wanted to do Computer Science Engineering, which has a high cut off comparatively, and this college fit into my criteria
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course and curriculum must be updated, since my college is affiliated with vtu they still follow the same old curriculum Also, we have more subjects than other private colleges, which feels like a burden as you go on to the upper sems Faculty is very helpful but they can be a handful at times too
Internships Opportunities :
No, I personally haven't opted for any internships but there are certain companies like jspider, pale Technologies etc that provide an opportunity for internships Right now there is this nsdc internship going under pmkyc which is compulsory for all the students to undertake
Placement Experience :
The placement is decent and according to the trend the cgpa must be good but there are students place in good companies such as infy, happiest minds, etc their ctc according to my knowledge is around 4-4.5 lpa But the placement coordinators and the team tries their best to bring in good companies
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am enrolled through comedk, so my fee structure is a bit different and more than kcet Kcet- it's nearly 80,000/yr (2021) Comedk- it's nearly 1,50,000/yr (2021) And yes ofcourse there are reserved categories and their fees is lesser compared to ours It's around 50,000/yr (2021)
Campus Life :
Social life is good, people are very humble Clubs as such are non functional in my college because the assignments, attendance, projects etc itself is overwhelming Infrastructure is still developing, they're making functional playgrounds, sports room and much more
Hostel Facilities :
There is no hostel in my college right now But in future I am sure there will be a hostel but they do have affiliated some paying guest homes which are near to college As I said the college it self is new so it takes time to construct a proper infrastructure

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
