Dislikes
- College timings it's from 8.30am to 4 pm which can be sometimes hectic especially for the students who have to travel every day in Bangalore's traffic
- 85% attendance rule, although this rule is basically in most the colleges in Bangalore it's a bit much.
Remarks :
I live in Bangalore and the college is not too far from my house and also this college was among the one which was coming under the rank I scored.I gave COMEDK entrance exam to get admission in this college .
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since it's a autonomous college it has its own well-structured curriculum with experienced faculty members.College provides variety of courses to choose from.there will be 2 internals exams end semester examination and lab externals fir few subjects
Internships Opportunities :
Some companies comes to the college to provide internship they take exams to shortlist students based on their requirements,some of the internships are paid some are not but they add a huge value during the time of placements.
Placement Experience :
Placements vary every year.Different companies start coming for recruitment from the 7th semester there will also be opportunities for internship totally depending on your skills and knowledge.about 70% students get placed.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total college fees is rs 215000,clg fees is 1.9L and the other 25K is lab and other skills fee,but the fee structure also depends on how you are trying to take admission basically there three ways to take admission in engineering colleges in Bangalore first is through KCET exam(which is mostly for students who are studying in the state for more than 7 years) and the fees is also affordable through it around 1 Lakh/year,next is COMEDK entrance exam any student in India can give this exam based on the rank you get colleges and the fees varies from 2-3L/year depending on the college,the third option is management but the fees through this is not fixed it can range anywhere from 4-8L even more for a year depends on how you negotiate with the college.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is pretty chill if you are doing well academically and have 85% attendance then you will have nothing to worry about. your social life totally depends on how you interact with other batchmates there are few clubs you can take part in like under25 and Microsoft club etc.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for hostel but many of my friends live in hostel and according to them it's decent the hostel mess have a different menu for each day but tbh it's just like any other hostel mess you can think of.You can apply for hostel mess at the time of admission you have to share the room with other roomates.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
